I have several orgs I want data, communications and emails (if possible) from.

Pay is anywhere from $15K - $25K per org. No bullshit. However, extremely important that you provide proof you can do it and not bullshit either.

You can ask for more if you think what you'll provide is worth it.

After initial approval from my side and I see proof I'll be getting what I want, we can do it through a guarantor.

I want access to internal documents, emails, databases, etc. from 3-4 orgs.

Update:

A few people contacted me, I have gotten only two people who seem to know what they're doing. Others are simply selling me databases (some that are already public and think I was born yesterday).

If you have a team that targets specific orgs, I don't care what you to do, but I want good access to some orgs I have in mind.
