visualize sql and csv files

Which tool do you use when you get a huge data file (sql or csv).
Free, with GUI and export function.
Just seen a post on that following ta screenshot of the tool but can't find it back.

jupyter could help you to dat ! you need to dig deeper on pandas and python

Thanks kitokos, just looked at it. As you said it needs a lot of configuration. Is there any "ready-to-use" soft? There are often screenshots on the forum of SQL data taken from a GUI soft.

Thanks Blood, just looked at it, seems powerfull but is not free, and seems not to deal with sql files (more csv). I will update when I'll find it, have to search on the forum as I've already seen screenshots of the one I look for.
