There are a lot of ads and rankings out there about VPNs which I don't trust. Surely the VPN provider paid for these and it kind of means nothing.

So I wonder if there are VPN which are settled to be 100% (or close to it) private.

I recommend Mullvad vpn its a solid privacy respecting vpn and it also provides decent speeds for a good price its in my top 3 favourite vpns for sure.
