EDIT: After looking at this, I think it might belong to "wowstead" instead (?) Unless they also owned WorldOfWar. There are a lot of emails including "wowstead", but not a lot including "Worldofwar".

I have to same file and it matches to number that Vigilant has for that base. So it should be that

Yea, this db came from wowstead.com that was hacked mid-2011. File was renamed by big scammer who made up bunch of WOW dbs to sell/trade. Migth have mixed some records from worldofwar in this one to make it seem more legit. Who kows. Either way wouldnt mark as a verified breach anywya.
