Anyone else having issues with Tor??
by - Thursday, January 1, 1970 at 12:00 AM
Last few days I have been having issues with Tor browser.

It is closing and giving me a Firefox "threat" and will not re-open until I remove and re-download and even then I need to restart my laptop before I can use it again.

Any thoughts on the reasons or tips on prevention?

Would be appreciated

Thanks

Paul

I've been using Brave 1.40.107 with no problem, except the usual performance delay of tor navigating...

For me, it is really really close compare to chrome, but it is probably the only way to get into the foruma

I think there has been an update to Tor which my antivirus has not caught up with and keeps classing Win64:Evo-gen as a trojan

don't use Brave + Tor bro, there are many issues like onion addresses leaks to ISP  but this is patched

Thanks guys - it's my anti-virus not caught up with Tor updates is all.

Just a pain to keep re-installing Tor but I'm okay now I know it's just this issue.

Cheers.
