Not an exit node, don't want to deal with that atm, and my vps doesn't have 55gb so I think i just have to host it at home soon. Never looking into a monero node yet.

The actual size is actually way over 128GB+ and the block stats are extremely inaccurate.

Have around 12TB storage in my home server, so I could run it on that one right.

Isn't there a method where you only have to download 1/3 of the blockchain?

Yeah, that's called pruning, but it is obviously recommended to download a full node than half a node for SSD & HDD syncing.

Hosting a matrix home server isn't a bad shout if you're willing to maintain it, etc. I didn't know what to mention initially but that just came to mind.
