This was an unofficial rule when the user was banned but it's since been added. It's obviously against the sellers best wishes if a buyer leaks data without asking.

So how would it go if a third-party were to leak it, without buying it from said seller?

I made a repost of this database, or rather it was done by my friend who gave me a link, but that's not about it now.
