4.8) If you're buying data it is assumed that you aren't allowed to leak the data publicly unless the seller allows you to. Leaking data that has been sold to you without the permission of the seller is grounds to be permanently banned.
This was an unofficial rule when the user was banned but it's since been added. It's obviously against the sellers best wishes if a buyer leaks data without asking.
So how would it go if a third-party were to leak it, without buying it from said seller?

Well in that case I'd assume it would be fine to repost? Pom needs to clarify what the repercussions are in situations like these
I made a repost of this database, or rather it was done by my friend who gave me a link, but that's not about it now. I think it would also be interesting to know about punishments in the case of such reposts, although my topic is already two weeks old and I think most of the community has already seen it
