I spent a little time with the file, today, but haven't figured a way around use of the software, yet. I'm assuming the tool will not allow an export of the DB... otherwise you would have provided in csv format or an open db format.
I can't find enough information on the tool listed to identify a method to create for reading the db straight from code. If anyone has info, please feel free to share. I would also swear the DB is scrambled/encrypted in some manner. Typical tools to look at a raw file fail to show anything of value.
