Today I have uploaded the IHEC (Iraqi Voters) Database for you to download, thanks for reading and enjoy!

In February 2019, the Iraq Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) suffered a data breach that impacted 24.3 million Voters. The attack led to the exposure of data including Full names, Dates of birth, National IDs, Document Numbers, Locations and Voting Information. This data was leaked exclusively by @Valhalla.

Please note viewing the database file requires you to use a custom program. A virustotal for the program required can be found here. If you figure out a way to read the database information from the file without needing to use the executable, please inform us and the Thread will be updated.

I would like to warn users this leak is over 37.34GB uncompressed and 12.02GB compressed.

Compromised data: Full names, Dates of birth, National IDs, Document Numbers, Locations, Voting Information

The .7z File's MD5 Hash is D4F3B62E8E8B6555D7C0BAA6E394B724. In total, there are 24352253 records. The file is 37.34GB uncompressed and 12.02GB compressed.

hey can you just split the database you know the internet in iraq is very slow

The compromised data included :

Data last Update : 2019-2020

use on VM, clean it. take the DB file only. make UI for it.
