In August 2012, the Russian hosting provider FirstVDS suffered a data breach. The breach included Email addresses, Usernames, Full names, Physical addresses, Phone numbers, Fax numbers. Orders and Passwords stored as MD5CRYPT hashes. In total, 126k users were affected.
