I cant tell if it's actually him via IP because Vince doesn't know how to restore visitor IP's correctly so it's just a Cloudflare IP.

Yes, can confirm that this is him. I've talked to him a while ago and he said that if anything would happen that he'd kill himself since he has a lot to lose. Family and shit.
