V2 is OUT !

Dear customer,
We are very happy to inform you that V2 of Swire is out !

This new version updates both the website and the panel.
It features a brand new design as well as big changes in the server control panel.

There is a known issue where your server hostname displayed in the panel will be same as the one you choose when buying the server. This issue will be fixed as soon as you change your server hostname from the new version.

If you have any issue, please contact us and we will fix it as soon as possible.
Also if you want to use the old version of the website, you still can using this address : old.swire.cx

This update will allow us to more easily add new features to website, and we intent to do just that continuously !

Dear users,
since the launch of v2 we have been posting change logs on our telegram channel for our customers.

We have decided to share them on this forum too.
To catch you up, here are the previous change logs :

2 November :

Adding email support for notifications about payments that have been received as well as about new messages on your tickets.
Adding dark theme.
Fixing loading issue on server page.
Improving website stability (preventing Error 500).

8 November :

Adding email support for notification about server deployment and payment reminder (48h/24h before end of subscription).

Adding bandwidth usage indicator on server page.
Rework of dashboard tables.

14 November :

Updating Swire Terms of Service.
Updating Swire Privacy Policy.
Clarifying some Q&A and adding some more.
Adding new RDP 'madman' plan.

21 November :

Rework of the server status system, you will now have notifications when trying to access the page of a server that is not paid or deployed yet as well as banned ones.
New Q&A design.
Fixing error 500 when trying to access a page that requires to be logged in.
Animations on index page will now start right away but will last longer.
Adding robots.txt and sitemap.xml files to enhance our SEO.

This week's update introduce 2FA on Swire.
In order to activate it, please follow instructions on https://swire.cx/dashboard/settings
After importing your 2FA key, please test it before closing your navigator.
If for some reason you loose your 2FA key, we will not provide a way to get your account back for obvious security reason, so keep it secure.
