Good day,
  I'm reporting the shout box auto scrolling bug, whenever a new message is received the shout box does not auto scroll.
  Ever since the new shout box system was introduced the issue started to happen, it was a little buggy but for the last couple weeks it has stopped auto scrolling completely!

Troubleshooting:
 - Tested on Debian / Fedora based disposable VM's
 - Brother tested his account on my computer and it worked - also worked in other VM's as well on my brothers account
 - The issue seems to be affecting my account only .

OS: Qubes OS 4.1
Template VM: Whonix  (latest version)
Browser: TOR Browser (latest version)

My only issue with the shoutbox is I can't message people from the active users tab, is this a feature?

@pompompurin issue has a work around , when enabling load images the issues fixes its self .

Look to be disable load images has the bug

Considered fixed.
