I think you can try Albion Online. It''s a MMORPG with simple and beatiful interface. There are dozens of different careers you can try. You can choose PVP or PVE.

I would like to suggest - Simcity 4, run well in low end, add plugin can allow you to build decent city

How low-end, will Stardew Valley work?

If not then maybe emulators, I mean lots of classics on PSP and PS1. Been playing Trails series lately.
