Recoded the entire shoutbox and the server-side component of it.

- Right click on a message to quote it
- Right click on a username to autofill the persons username in your shout message
- Click on someones name to open their profile

Current features:
- /ban & /unban: Allows staff to ban and unban people easier
- Public ban list (Button next to the emoji one)
- Mentioning users
- Editing your own messages
- Links will turn into hyperlinks so they can be clicked
- Images and gifs will auto embed so you can see them in shoutbox
- Active Users list
- Redesigned buttons and emoji picker
- Anti-spam feature, users may only send a message every 3 seconds (Unless they're staff)
- Fully customized settings for volume, how/when you get an alert and more.
- Working ignore system, messages from users added to your ignore list will never show up in chat.
- When a thread is posted on the forum a notification is sent in the shoutbox.

Being worked on:
- ~~PMs~~ (Update: Added but quite buggy, will be refining it over the next few days)
- Archive Button

Being fixed:
- ~~You lose your message if you hit the cooldown~~ - Fixed
- ~~You're constantly scrolled to the bottom of the page~~ - Fixed
- ~~Sometimes when emojis // images are sent shoutbox doesn't scroll down all the way~~ - Fixed

@pompompurin yes please remove this, it is annoying if you read and every time someone make a shout it scroll to the bottom ...

Great release, I'll be doing some testing as I have time, but two things want to suggest:

When you click "Edit Message" it should wait until the message the user wants to edit has been received from the server so that there isn't a delay of like 200-500ms:

. And it would be cool to see an "infinite scroll" for history. The archive on RaidForums' Shoutbox or technically the shoutbox created by "martec" had a very awful archive and I hated it, I just want to see what was said before I logged on and don't want to go through a whole process to do so. I'm going to attempt to create a userscript to do this myself and see how it could possibly be implemented, but I personally think it would be cool.

Edit: The delay for editing is ~~almost~~ pretty much not noticeable on clearnet breached, so maybe implement this tor for the hidden service only(?)

Make it so when you right click a link it doesn't quote because i like to open my links in new tabs or windows.

Thanks for the update.Looks pretty good. I cant right click on the SB.
Is this problem only for me?
