(my exp.) i remember once i slept straight from late evening (couldnt have been later than 11pm) until 6pm the next day, it felt rly good it was also the first time i had a lucid dream :angel:  also right when i woke up i was super super confused nd tired i felt like i could go back nd sleep for eternity, i was so dehydrated nd my body felt super tired even tho i got sm rest it felt super weird nd i was kinda dizzy but it also gave me a rly pleasant feeling i dunno what exactly it was tho everything just felt surreal, then i stayed up all night nd had lots of energy

i dont think sleeping for crazy amounts of time at once (more than 10hrs) is good for u both physically nd mentally even if it gives u a nice feeling

So it is indeed quite similar to not sleeping at all. Interesting. Difference being, if you're asleep, you can't eat and drink to stay alive, you'd just peacefully not wake up.
