Not overrated at all but the ending was lame tho. Also, the one-shots mangas they released are good too

I think its actually cool, ive seen it a couple times and i love it

I think it's a product of its time. I watched it on release with my brother, we used to get the episodes from the torrents. I have fond memories of those time, when we were close. It was something we shared together, so my judgement is clouded by those memories.
I think it's a good anime. Not the "be all end all" of anime, but it's worth investing time into it.

Definitely. I had to stop watching it for a while, because it bored me too much. Years later I finished it, but definitely a downer.
