Depends what I'm doing. I'll use Windows for gaming but I work in OSX and then I spend a lot of time in my Debian setup.

I did used to have Windows dual booted, primarily for gaming also.

But with the Steam Deck release and SteamOS being Linux based, Valve are doing incredible things through the use of Proton. So I now just run Linux and have ditched Windows entirely.

Been using windows for a while after cops went for search but vming to parrot and arch but soon enough gonna main back to linux

windows on one laptop for malware development
arch linux on one desktop for general use
and ubuntu for networking

Because I've always used it and it's what I'm used to. I occasionally use Ubuntu (VM) for exploitation stuff/analysis. I have a Lenovo Thinkpad w/ win10 on it for gaming since the optimisations for some games on Unix/Linux are just complete ass.

openbsd is the best os when it comes to networking, you can make a easy firewall and shit, would recommend

OpenBSD is relatively good. Can't say I've really used it much since switching to freeBSD

i just buy geforce now when i main linux cuz im not trying to spend 20 minutes to run some games that it takes me few minutes to launch it without downloading it, but sadly gnow doesnt support linux native app but u can still easily use it from browser itself.

The only time I ever used GFN was when I was writing p2c menus for Rust. Had to idle my accounts using the free package for an hour so EAC wouldn't kick the shit out of me. What's the paid version like? Any improvement from the free one? I'd also recommend looking at shaodow.tech if you don't mind waiting for a while to get a place but speaking from experience they're actually decent.
