I probably drink around 4 liters a day, I'm always thirsty.

Don't drink too late. Finish drinking around 1 hour before heading for bed, and piss before heading to bed as well. Unless you're old, it'll work.

I don't drink enough. I don't find myself wanting to drink water enough so I probably only drink a quart or 2 a day.
