how to download large database using IDM ?

as i see forum is using there own download hosting and give slow speed , i want to use IDM but it never show..... :(

i have like 1.7mb/s download speed so i can wait i already have 800GB of data downloaded in the past 2 weeks
but the best solution is to download them on RDP upload them to mega and download them from mega to ur PC its more stable that way
