well I just want a respectable amount of posts and then slow down so my mental health doesn't get rekt

I post a lot because of my mental health... not sure if it's good or bad for me. I already feel dreadful. Was actually doing okay for a while I think... Either way, 1k posts isn't respectable, but why would you care anyway?
