c or c++ for embeded systems

i know there is not much diffrence but i wonder what u guys thinking about using c . 

is it old fashioned or c++ creates more problem than it solves.

I mean, C++ is designed for embedded devices, it's one of the core features of its language architecture. I've been using it for years and I don't necessarily code it for embedded devices but I assume it should have far better support than programming in C when it comes to it.

C++ might give you more of a safeguard against shooting yourself in the foot but you're completely on your own if you choose C.

Your choice.

I recommend using C. It's simpler and therefore easier to predict the actual code will be generated.
