Request: allow auto bumping for certain threads on the market place but you have to meet serious requirements (to combat spam) or have to be staff approved

such as but not limited to; 
- long active sign up time
- certain reputation
- have to pay via credits 
- have no warnings for spam

& also maybe allow some users bump every 12 hours instead of 24 hours? such as upgraded users?

Some days I forget to bump my threads so this feature would be helpful if monitored correctly

Good idea though

I like the idea of pay to bump. Could make it a bid for the top system based on time.
