If I understand correctly, if there is a database leak, there is a good chance that it will appear here before any other unofficial or official source.

Yes that is what I am saying, most of the other websites directly leech from here most of the time for actual good databases. Go to the sellers section if  you want to buy private databases
I have quit due to abuse from mods. I will be back some day
