im currently looking out to hire someone to help me with developing an Highly flexible modular ERP system for a client of mine. A little insights to what the system should be able is as follow

NETWORK
High Availability
able to handle 500,000 invoice transaction per day
with 5000 shops
and 10,000 user
ACCESS TO DATABASE: 300 transation every second ~ need replication
System requires VPN to access
5 - 6 third party vendor that can link to their current system

its best if you have the following skills
proficiency in Japanese language is a plus
a strong technical leader
thorough knowledge in making complex system
familiar with making a mission critical system
able to act as an system architect
proficient in all type of programming languages (with a deep knowledge in C++/C/Assembly)
