Need help with EmEditor and .sql files

Hey!

Ive got some huge .sql files (10-20gb) that i want to convert to neat looking .csv files. The problem I have is that the .sqls are about 50k columns long and contains about 2k differens lines combined into a single line. I would like to set up some sort of break point in the lines and split them at the right column every time, making all columns the same, ready for work.

Im using EmEditor which seems like it should be able to do this. Or am I wrong? I dont have enough RAM to do the whole file in one go but Im fine with splitting it, as long ad it gets the work done.

Anyone know how to do this? Im not that savvy with Python and would rather not use it if I dont really have to.

Cheers
