in first match Qatar will beat Ecuador very easily ...(bcz qatar has bought a very good players and has planed for this and you gonna see.
and also about your second guess football is not politic bro , we hope iran lose in that match however they got very good players 
and as per my expernice they  won't lose easily in that match , it gonna be a hard match with draw i guess.

finally, a reasonable response. I agree with you that Qatar and Ecuador is not that clear who would win. But for Iran and England, come on, England has some strong players and has a history of football. Although their team won't have time to take a proper rest and prepare between the UEFA league and the world cup.
