Yes, first of all you click on the extension and before doing anything to cookies you have to change the domain from https://www.netflix.com/<yourcountrycode>/ to just https://www.netflix.com on the extension and then replace the cookies' values with the ones provided from the txt file and then click the "tick" button and you're in.
