Is there any way we can hack/brute force the passwords of a neighbors WiFI??

Security Type: WPA-2 Personal

I know the old passwords but he changed it.

I heard there are tools made in Kali Linux? 

(am a total noob). Hope someone can point to me a good tutorial

if you are a total noob, eventually you can grab a wifi adapter that supports monitor mode and injection and use wifite2 (is an automated wifi hacking tool).
Then grab and handshake and try to crack it

think its the easiest way (not 100% guaranteed tho)

I've been able to successfully exploit a WPA-2 Personal(PSK) network before using a tool called the Aircrack-ng Suite. This suite of tools can be used to crack the WEP and WPA-PSK keys of wireless networks. In my opinion, the best way to keep your network secure is to use WPA2-Enterprise with 802.1X authentication.

ParrotOS is the better tool IMHO. Download it and boot/install. 

You need a wifi adapter that supports promiscuous mode (but most laptops already do).

There's actually a python program called Wifi Fern something or other. It basically does everything *automatically* including using a dictionary attack.

Learning how to aircrack-ng and then using hashcat with your GPU (% hashcat.bin -m 26000 -a 0 neighbour.hccapx ./rockyou.txt) after conversion (online tool will convert the files you get) etc etc

You can also be aggressive (read: kicking devices off your neighbor's wifi and then recording the exchange when they reconnect) but makes it more likely to get noticed. Don't DDOS your neighbor's wifi!

You could also just ask them for the wifi password next time you're over at their house.

Airgeddon is sick. You probably have to install it with apt but it will present a fake captive portal using an evil twin attack and deauths everyone on the original network simultaneously. The captive portal does not accept incorrect credentials so once somebody types the correct password into it you will have the password and be able to connect. If you are confused about anything i just said I invite you to do some research you won't regret it.
