tldr - i ransomed a DoD network.

It's an application for a contract or a renewal of a contract with the department of defense from the saudis for some kind of surveillance system.

Ahh just the Saudi's and their weapons purchasing receipts. Probably from us Brits too :D

You should create an archive and name it based on a "rough" classification of the files. Also I would suggest to add an hint to the source from where you got the files. For the price, it really depends on the market out there. But military/defence and confidential data are quite valuable.

Are they secret contracts?
