Mobile phone privacy is dead. If you have a SIM card in your phone you're being tracked.

Install Tor, make an account on an anonymous email provider, and only communicate through encrypted emails.

Using Nokia 1202 and you'll be safe.

Best way I think is install graphene OS on a pixel, and do not add a sim to it and of course use something like tor or i2p on it.

Mobile comms are flawed by design, I would advise against using them at all if you have any expectation of privacy.

Try to find proven and reliable protocols/messengers on mobile. Element, Session, Signal, etc.

Use a phone once and only once and make sure to put good security on it so nothing saves also use an old version that isn’t spied on by every company.
I have quit due to abuse from mods. I will be back some day
