Replace the practice of deleting forum accounts on request with a very clear statement on what information is collected when signing up and that your account will not be deleted under any circumstances. This could be balanced with strongly recommending users to use a VPN/ Tor or the hidden service when signing up and using the forum.

Over time the constant account deletions is going to become annoying and cumbersome to the forum and already is as some users behind a lot of leaks and posts have had their accounts removed.

Well, not know the real objective from this topic. However, you can see in the past that there are many forums breached (not matters whats was your thematic).

For other hand, the point is the Rights of all people for disappear from everywhere, also here. For example, in The Federation Russian has laws in this sense like a South American countries or others places of the world, included in United States of America.

In the other hand, maybe could be to explain with a guide, a manual or whatever as start with OPSEC and privacy (free and cost services): 

Like examples of questions:

A good browser?
A good practice on Internet?
A good configuration in the computer, mobile phone, etc?
New passwords must been strong and large. (upletter, downletter, numbers)

Finally, sure there are a lot of people that if they found their passwords leaked in old databases (maybe of year 2019 or under, depends of the services) with plain text the majority problems end immediatly. As a direct result many would not register. And the same like OPSEC and privacy, dehash process could be explain and a task in this forum.
