When I was moderator I myself banned @alkhalifa888 for scamming selling the public breach from Yum China KFC.
But for some reason @pompompurin removed his ban; even though they were selling the file on auto-buy on sellix.io at the peak of the hype around Chinese databases so they had guaranteed to have tricked other forum members into buying a public file that is once hosted on this forum.

Again @alkhalifa888 got caught scamming (selling public files) but for some reason again his ban was lifted again.

Now AGAIN @alkhalifa888 is scamming by reselling public databases that are on this forum.
The thread China / Car Owner Nationwide is also public and is on this forum in the thread Large amount of car owners' information throughout China 4.23 GB 1,599 files by @i4zj.

Any other member would have been permanently banned by now with no appeal as well as had their information leaked for serial scamming with onsite databases like this.

Usually a user is given 1-2 chances depending on if they could've gotten scammed themselves by buying public data unknowingly -- however at this point I am tired of them consistently failing to check before listing shit
