How come we are not hearing much about COVID any longer?

Did Putin end COVID with the war? It seems covid was exaggerated :-/

everyone got Omicron, most people survived, now they just think it's a flu and no big deal

It's still apart of the news cycle, it's just not as mentioned as much anymore due to it transferring to the Ukraine vs Russia war. It took up the world's attention for the most part, save for those who are attached to it.

Exactly. Emphasis is not much on covid. The greater than covid arrived!

Covid is definitely still around, but many news outlets don't cover it anymore because it's to a point where everyone is sick of it and want to go back to a normal lifestyle

Omicron is quite less severe, hopefully it will stay that way. Omicron is either like a flu or one can be absolutely asymptomatic, at least this is the case for most people. And yeah, the war in Ukraine kinda took the attention away from it.
