whats best service to get mobile number for telegram 
(using it for some channels that are blocked by telegram in my country because it contains adult or sensitive content)

best shot is by telegram api. but ppl could hide it in the settings. I could write you a bot to fetch the phone numbers of tg users given that they don't hide.
