I strongly recommend Chance the Rapper - not many peopleknow of him

Benny The Butcher, his output is insane and his instrumentals are pretty good. His lyrics are kind of repetitive though

Does it have to be 90s? Only one I can think of rn is Slick Rick, and he went to jail for attempted murder so you know hes an OG
