If you're actually trying to get into shape with cuts and working out, you need to get it into your head that you do not need "treats" you're not a fucking dog and you don't get a reward for attempting to better your life, your reward is that you're making yourself a better person and going to look fucking great.

If you just want to lose weight but not exercise you don't have to even try, all you have to do is simply just have your coffee without sugar and at most add a splash of milk alternative that is healthier or better yet just drink it black. Don't eat nuts thinking that you're actually having a healthy snack because nuts are stupidly energy dense and are pretty much just made of fat and oil compressed into small delicious packages. And the actual easiest way to lose weight is just by counting the calories you're eating, it's so easy to see what is making you fatter by just counting everything you eat, there are plenty of apps that help you keep track and it's almost no effort so you can continue shitposting on BF and lose weight at the same time.

I definitely could not outrun you, I don't actively train cardio other than the 30m sprint I do 6 times a week and for LB to LB strength I probably couldn't beat you either because I don't train my body for strength I do lower wieghts at higher reps and sets to build muscle, not strength.

Bodyfat isn't a problem for me, at my absolute best i am dick-skin lean and look like an actual god with my veins popping out whenever I just walk or tense at all. I only work out to build an aesthetic body, not to get strong.
