when trying to login, it gets stuck on member.php and when refreshing it goes back to "You are either not logged in or do not have permission to view this page."

Sometimes, hcaptcha doesn't load, and it's hard to diagnose why the login is failing. This is because hcaptcha is fucking awful (and because there's no error message). Try resetting your circuit until hcaptcha decides to load, or try waiting a little longer.

This is now fixed I believe.
