because so many people have been banned from shoutbox and come up with bullshit reasons / excuses why they are banned, i think there should be a rules section for the shoutbox.
since there is not anything stated on the rules relating to shoutbox. this could be used to avoid any unnecessary bans and to prevent users from having an excuse.
