When the page is reloaded, edited messages won't have the "[edited by]" tag displayed.
This has caused quite an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation when a few days ago @pompompurin edited one of my messages to display "I like children", someone came in the shoutbox and replied to it, showing a screenshot where there was no indicator proving it was pompy that edited the message.

Another idea, bring back timestamps, but have them disabled by default with a setting to toggle them. Wouldn't be difficult to implement.

Odd bug, sometimes when a user is mentioned they won't get notified (no red bar or notification sound). Not exactly sure what causes this.

The ability to reply to images (pompy, you said you were going to implement that, what's taking so long?) and system messages such as "posted new thread" would be nice.

Maybe an "embed image" button or similar?

Timestamps won't be hard either since its stored in the database, but what format should the timestamps be in? What timezone?

You only get notified if someone replies to one of your messages currently, I will make it so all @'s will mention the user.

Replying to images will also be done today

Users don't get mention notifications unless it's a reply. It's not a bug.
Wdym by "embed image" button? i think it'd just bloat the sb a bit.. not sure tho

The timezone should be the same timezone the user sets in their settings.

I'm not sure what I mean by that button either, but having a nice little toolbar of sorts with a few different features would be nice. Maybe the button would give you the ability to have more options, and different buttons for different features such as font styling or whatever.

font styling in sb?... I hope you're not serious about that. Wouldn't it make everything a mess?

font styling in sb?... I hope you're not serious about that. Wouldn't it make everything a mess?

Obviously huge changes won't be allowed, only minimal font size changes and no extreme effects or whatever. But I don't see the problem with allowing different colors and basic things such as bold, underline, italic and strikethrough text.

Still need clarification on what format you think the timestamps should be in, and if you could make an example with inspect element on how you think it should be displayed next to a message that would also help.
