I feel the search timer cooldown (currently set at 30s for all users & non-users) should be lowered for the users with upgrades.
Similarly, the cooldown between new posts should be lowered for upgraded members I think.

Sure thing. Give me a bit and I'll make a plugin to do this. (Currently MyBB only allows you to set a global timeout value)

Perfect. I think the same should apply to posts & threads too (however maybe only for upgraded members only to prevent spam from new accounts).
