Per the scam report.
This is kind of a convoluted situation, so I'm going to solve it in the only way I see fit for the time being.
For now @Backyaro will be banned for one month.
There was very little monetary loss in this trade, $5 for when backyaro randomly asked the buyer to spot them $5 for something non-project related. While time loss is a factor, both sides should have been more accountable for their time.
The main purpose of this ban, is the actions carried out by a third party provided by @Backyaro. When realizing they didn't have the time/capability to complete this project, @Backyaro offered a third party to come into the transaction and finish the deal. This third party then came into the project, took private methods/information provided by @NoCryi, and finished their own version of the project to sell off to a completely different buyer. You are expected to be responsible for any third-parties you introduce into a deal, no different than brokering databases on our website. Especially when they decide to steal methods, and then mock the original buyer, this makes you look like a piece of shit.
This decision is final, and I will confirm with other staff members if the ban time needs to be extended based on these circumstances.
You passed off responsibility of your service to another individual who acted inappropriately. Do you believe you can fix the situation, or are able to hold your third party accountable.
