The problem is I do not think Zuck is in his comfort zone. He may be a brilliant man whom formed a billion dollar company, but I do not think the position he is meant for is a CEO. That is what I mean by not being in his comfort zone. Just because you are a genious that can build a company, that doesn't mean you are the right person for leading it.
