I have 200k passwords encrypted by phpass (I guess).

I have access to the phpmyadmin panel so maybe there is a key in there that can help do decrypt them ?
Or maybe there is an easy method to decrypt them ?

Identify the hashes and plug them into hashcat
If they're passwords there probably wont be a decryption key so your best bet is to bruteforce the hashes or run them against a wordlist like rockyou
