WTS hetzner for 6$ verified account email access
Google cloud 19$ has 300$ credit on acc for servers and more
Vultr 10$ has 100$ credit working good
Linode 9$ has also 100$ credit for 2 month
Azure 6$ pay as you go+trial updated
Digital ocean 10$ price has 200$ credit
Oracle 10$ price has 250$ credit

Deal with caution - Open scam report against user. Cleared chats on Telegram and confirmed on BF for $10 Vultr account. Pretty sad tbh
