I develop programs since almost 20 years, but haven't been updated with new technologies.

I need suggested roadmap(s) to keep up with new backend technology.

You can starting web3 develop roadmap like that: HTML → CSS → Tailwind → JS → React → Web3.js/Ether.js → Solidity → Hardhat → Chainlink → Alchemy → TheGraph → Build Projects → Portfolio → Apply . In these days there is a shortage of developers on web3.
