A website I use (link below) might be able to help. You've gotta know the persons name. But if you know that & find the person it'll show you their telephone number & emails along with other information about the person & from there you can probably find more information / accounts on the victim you're looking into.

If you are lucky, they might got their fb searchable by number.
But there is quite a few tools that you can use to social engineer a little and get some information. 
I tend to stop by https://osintframework.com/ and start from there.
