I think the current staff team is really good right now, but there needs to be more staff. I deleted my application at the time because I felt like there was enough staff. I would definitely still want to help the site. Staff members need to be chosen carefully, obviously someone trusted. The member count will only increase. I think @Persistent would be a great choice for staff imo, definitely a nice guy. Also professional. He's not as active in shoutbox but I see him often on the forum. Nice lad. I'm not sure if it's needed for other things but I've seen leeching become an issue. I'd totally apply for mod but I unfortunately don't think it would be successful. I spend a lot of time lurking here, but I hardly ever participate in threads, though I personally think this goes hand-in-hand with leachers jamming up recent posts so threads that are actually engaging are hard to come by.
