I'm planning to start either of the anime, which one should I go with? I'm thinking with Naruto (maybe) because One Piece has too many episodes.

I suggest you to start with naruto

I watched pretty much all the short anime (except romcom)

I think one peice is good, you could check the ocean cutt if you want all the filer removed from naruto ;)
