All the ES games had great soundtracks. I did eventually turn the music off in Skyrim though, after hearing them a million times. So long ago now that I've forgotten the ones that I'm listening to here.

I'm guessing you really binged the game to get to that point, as thats where I'm at with Destiny 2; mute the game, have a YT commentary video or some podcasts on instead.

Although the pirate music this season is a winner.

I did binge Skyrim.... But I muted the music after a few dozen hours. I do the same with a lot of open world games, eventually it just starts to pull me out of it if I keep hearing the same tracks.

Agreed. I've never played other ES games than Skyrim and Oblivion, but the soundtracks of those two were really nice.

Nice. I think it's 1 of those games where, if you haven't played it then you're doing a great dis-service on missing this out. Witcher 3 I can kiiiinda understand why, but Skyrim, nope, 1 of the greatest technical marvels of open worlds ever created.

I literally hear tracks from Oblivion in my head from time to time, just doing everyday things. Ones with the chimes and harps, at least I think they're harps.

Agreed. Though people would be wrong about Witcher 3 too, they need to get that in their veins.

GTA V, while overblown these days, still has probably one of the top 1 open worlds I think. I've never gotten bored of it.

Oh GTA V's map is a fuckin proper playground. Including all those mini games, tennis and racing etc, basically Metaverse it if weren't shit and didn't insist on having £1000 of headgear to step in..

Yeah, it's pretty easy to get lost in. I felt the same about Red Dead 2 actually.

Mosey on down to a poker game, and shoot up the bar if you lose? Outstanding. Love that game too.
